Ignorant of the Moonlit Scene
As the sunsets in the distance,
Your soul looks past the radiant sun,
That still looms upon the colored horizon.
And your heart sings with joy,
As the colors in the sky dance among themselves.
A blanket of dark hue’s appear,
To give the colors rest from their dancing,
A gust of wind follows as this curtain closes the day,
And the moonlit scene becomes apparent,
To all who try to...
The Monster from Within A Lonely Heart.
Within the shadows of a lonely heart reside,
One of the most hideous creatures known,
Though none know it’s name,
All know it’s purpose.
To harm you,
To twist your thoughts,
To mutilate your feelings,
And to destroy your hope.
